These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of treslacafe.com (the "Site"), operated by Très LA Group ("Très LA," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Menus, Pricing, and Hours
We try to keep menus, prices, hours, and event details on the Site accurate, but they may change without notice and may not always match what's available in the restaurant. Prices and availability at the time of your visit or order are final.
Allergies and Dietary Needs
Menu descriptions on the Site are for general information only and may not list every ingredient. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell your server or contact us before ordering. Don't rely on the Site or the chatbot for allergen information.
Online Ordering, Gift Cards, and Reservations
Online orders and gift cards are handled by Toast, and reservations by OpenTable. When you use those services, their terms and privacy policies apply, not ours. Refunds for purchases are covered by our Refund Policy.
Member Accounts
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Chatbot
The chatbot on the Site gives automated answers and may sometimes be wrong or incomplete. For anything important, including allergies, private events, or reservations, please contact us directly.
Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
