ABOUT TRÈS LA BISTRO & CAFE
Parisian Charm, California soul

I founded Très LA in 2003 with a simple belief that dining should do more than satisfy, it should inspire. What began as a boutique catering company has grown into a collection of hospitality experiences including Très LA Catering, Carondelet House, Ebell Long Beach, Sweetwater Cocktails, The Mason Dallas, and Room Service LA. From the start, my focus has been on thoughtful design, genuine service, and an attention to detail that turns every gathering into something meaningful.
My approach to hospitality was shaped through years of travel across Europe and Asia, where I developed a deep appreciation for culture, cuisine, and the way people come together around food. That perspective continued to evolve during my time in Los Angeles, including leadership roles at The Standard Hotel in Hollywood and as Food and Beverage Director at the Chateau Marmont. Those experiences taught me that great hospitality is personal, it is about creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and effortless.
Très LA Bistro and Cafe, located in the Pacific Design Center, is a reflection of that vision. It is a place where Parisian influence meets modern California cuisine in a setting that feels refined but welcoming. Whether it is a quick lunch or a fully curated event, every detail matters. For me, this has always been about more than food, it is about creating experiences people carry with them long after they leave.
